The activity consists of a workshop on making bread with sourdough, during which participants will learn the entire process and make their own bread, which they will take home.
It will be led by Núria Robert, who has specialized in spreading the tradition of making bread in an artisanal way and with sourdough, a yeast from the flour itself that has many beneficial properties at a nutritional and digestive level.
The workshop will be on Saturday, March 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Casa Pairal. In total, there is space for eight families, made up of one adult plus one or two children from the age of six. The price of the activity is 25 euros per family and registrations will open on the La Massana + app from Friday, March 21, at 12 p.m.
Each participant must bring:
- Apron,
- Tea towel,
- Glass jar,
- Bag preferably made of cloth,
- Medium cork.
