With the ninth edition of the UCI MTB World Cup in August 2023, Pal Arinsal kicked off the preparations for what will be the big event of 2024: the MTB World Championships. The station in Massa will host the most important annual event for the second time after successfully doing so in 2015.
The best riders in the world will compete for the rainbow jerseys between August 27 and September 1, 2024, in the disciplines of Downhill (DHI), Olympic Cross-country (XCO), Cross- country Short-Track (XCC), Cross-country Relay (XCR) and E-MTB Cross-Country (e-bike).
The MTB World Championships will represent an even greater organizational challenge for Pal Arinsal, since the figures for participation, spectators and media impact practically double those of a World Cup, which are already very important in themselves. For this reason, the station has been working for some time in the preparation of this great event.
