La Massana has one of the darkest skies in southern Europe, ideal for astronomical observation! On January 10, 2023, the parish received double Starlight certification, both as a Tourist Destination and as a Starlight Reserve, highlighting the Andorra Comapedrosa area. This international recognition validates the quality of its sky, free of light pollution, and promotes astrotourism as one of its most relevant attractions.
To celebrate International Tourism Day, next September 27 you will have the opportunity to enjoy a free guided observation of the sky with the naked eye, an activity to discover the wonders of our dark sky. In addition, visit the church of Sant Cristòfol d'Anyós.
