I N ∆ D, Laia and Mayra will take us on a musical journey through the soul and body, following the precepts of Ecstatic Dance:
- We don't talk
- We dance barefoot
- We dance as we are (no photos/videos/alcohol/substances)
- We practice non-judgment
We will open the space with a small warm-up, to start entering the dimension of the body and sensations. Next, I N ∆ D will offer us a DJ Set in "silent disco" format with influences of downtempo electronic music, folktronica, medical music and organic rhythms that will allow us to connect deeply with our most authentic movement, and at the same time nourish our hearts .
This edition we will have the pleasure of collaborating with Laia Font (clinical music therapist, specialized in accompaniment to the final stage of life) who will offer us a small meditative concert through the sound and vibration of Tibetan bowls, monochord , guitar and voice, to close the session in total harmony.
This proposal is for everyone who wants to discover the benefits of free body movement, in a safe and loving space. No dance experience is necessary. Dance is a practice that belongs to all of us, it frees us, improves our health and allows us to connect...
